民主黨創黨主席李柱銘與前政務司司長陳方安生早前聯袂前往美加告洋狀，要求外國勢力干預香港事務。兩人的漢奸言論受到香港各界批評，內地官方喉舌更是連日發表評論，狠批他們是「漢奸」、「洋奴」。李柱銘之流肆無忌憚，做漢奸做得理直氣壯，固然與香港經歷百多年殖民統治有關，而中國人崇洋媚外的民族劣根性也是導致漢奸輩出的主要原因。更何況，內地不也是遍地漢奸嗎？有人將家人財產送到外國，自己留在國內做裸官，有人充當外國間諜出賣國家機密，內地當局容忍貪官裸官，只懂批評香港的漢奸，不過是五十步笑一百步而已。

事實上，中共治國理念搖擺不定，不僅影響整個國運，而且影響港澳前途。中央對港政策無非三種選擇，一是收回主權，放棄治權，將香港完全交給外國代理人管治，雖然樂得清淨，可以維持繁榮穩定，但中央卻沒有面子，也無法向國人交代。二是維持目前的狀態，只有特首愛國愛港，管治班子仍是港英餘孽及洋奴漢奸，特首淪為孤家寡人，政不通人不和，香港只能逐漸陰乾，直至滅亡。三是撥亂反正，培養自己的管治班底，從特首到各部門都使用自己人，實現真正意義上的回歸，落實真正的一國兩制，第五代有沒有這種決心和魄力呢？

When the leaders are weak, the crafty and evil rise

Martin Lee, the founding chairman of the Democratic Party, and Anson Chan, the former Chief Secretary for Administration, went to complain to the United States and Canada earlier, inviting foreign forces to intervene in Hong Kong's affairs. The duo's words and actions have provoked criticisms from all walks of life in Hong Kong, and have furthermore instigated days of harsh comments from the Mainland official mouthpieces, calling them “traitors” and “flunkey of foreign masters”.Without the slightest scruple, traitor Martin Lee and his ilk acted as if justice were on their side. This is of course related to Hong Kong's one-hundred-plus years of colonial rule, yet it also reveals the inherent weakness of the Chinese who have always tended to revere everything foreign and pandered to overseas powers. Moreover, doesn't the Mainland itself abound with traitors？Some so-called “naked officials” move their families and assets abroad while they continue to hold their government posts; others act as spies and sell state secrets to other countries.The Chinese government tolerates these corrupt naked officials but lashes the traitors in Hong Kong; this is nothing but the pot calling the kettle black.

In fact, China's swaying concept of governance affects not only the country's destiny, but also the future of Hong Kong and Macau.When it comes to the Central government's policy on Hong Kong, there are only three choices.First, take back the sovereignty over Hong Kong, but relinquish the right to rule and hand it over completely to a foreign agent.By doing so, there will be less trouble and the city's prosperity and stability can be maintained.However, the Central authorities would lose face and cannot justify itself before its people.Second, keep the status quo: the Chief Executive（CE） is the sole lover of the country and Hong Kong among his ruling hoard of dregs of colonial administration and traitors.The CE will be a lone （and lonely） ruler, the government will not be efficient, and people will not be at peace.Hong Kong will only be left to wither gradually unto death.Third, bring order out of chaos.Hong Kong should groom its own ruling team.Members of the government, from the CE to heads of all departments, should be Hong Kong's own people.This is the genuine realization of reunification and true implementation of “one country, two systems”.Does the fifth generation of China leaders have the determination and courage to do so？
