餘孽港獨鬼唱歌 亂象災禍嘆奈何
中秋追月，適逢十一煙花匯演，香港樂極生悲，發生歷來最嚴重最慘烈的撞船意外，死傷枕藉，不忍卒睹。災難總是在混亂的時候發生，龍年的香港，既是多事之秋，更是多災多難，這與古代「天人合一」的說法恰恰不謀而合，不禁令人不寒而慄。
事實上，這個龍年到處都不安寧，新政府上台三個月以來，亂象非但沒有平息，反而愈演愈烈。有人不僅揮舞「龍獅旗」為港英招魂，而且公然叫喊「香港獨立」。從反對「洗腦」到「光復」上水站，從「反對赤化」到「去中國化」，港獨訴求已然成型。
香港人心漸行漸遠，主權回歸治權不歸，既是歷屆港府施政無能的結果，也是中央對港政策失敗的縮影。幾年前，國家領導人就指出香港存在深層次矛盾，惟時至今天，深層次矛盾不是紓緩了，而是惡化了，問題到底出在哪裏？答案顯而易見，一是所託非人，二是敵友不分。所託非人的結果是添煩添亂，敵友不分的結果是眾叛親離，這兩個根本的問題不能解決，香港就不可能實現真正回歸。
Amidst chaos and disasters, surviving supporters of colonialism call for Hong Kong independence
On the night after the Mid-Autumn Festival, when the National Day fireworks display was about to begin, extreme joy begot sorrow in Hong Kong: the gravest and most awful ship collision in local history happened. The casualties were so heavy that it was almost unbearable to the public. Disasters always strike in times of chaos. The Year of the Dragon, filled with calamities, has so far been eventful for Hong Kong. One would shudder upon realizing the ominousness as reflected in the ancient Chinese saying "Heaven and man are one".
In fact, this Year of the Dragon has witnessed unrest on all fronts. Three months into the new term of Government, not only have troubles not been abated in Hong Kong, but their seriousness has indeed increased. Waving the "Dragon and Lion Flag" and openly shouting chants of "Hong Kong independence", some people tried to call back the spirit of the demised colony. From "anti-brain-washing" to "recovering" Sheung Shui railway station, from "anti-communization" to "de-Sinofication", the aspiration for Hong Kong independence has already taken shape.
Hong Kong citizens feel more and more alienated from the Government. Although Hong Kong has been returned to China, the public does not agree with the governance. This is the consequence of the impotence of the past terms of Government, and is also an epitome of the Central's failed Hong Kong policy. Several years ago, a state leader already pointed out that there were deep-rooted conflicts in Hong Kong. However, up to now, these deep-rooted conflicts have actually been aggravated rather than alleviated. Where exactly does the problem lie? The answers are obvious: entrusting the authority to the wrong persons, and the inability to tell a friend from a foe. While entrusting the authority to the wrong persons brings more worries and troubles, the inability to tell a friend from a foe evokes mass opposition and forsaking by allies. If these two fundamental problems cannot be resolved, the integration of Hong Kong into China will never truly actualize.
